Any one know how much Boost can the stock engine handle?
And how much boost does the stock Supercharger put out?

Stock M90 is what, about 7lbs. of boost. Colder days, you may see a little more boost.

Safely you can run in the range of 12-15 lbs. with no problems, but you HAVE TO RUN SUPPORTING MODIFICATIONS TO SAFELY RUN THAT.

Maximum boost...I think it boils down to how much the heads/head bolts can handle. That seems to be the weak spot on our engines. Too much boost, the heads will lift up enough because the bolts/studs cannot hold them down...enough/evenly and ''poof" there goes your head gasket.

I have heard some of the turbo guys in the 20 lb. range easy enough.
