    Hey fellow GP drivers, i need to change my valve cover gaskets, this is a first time for me and i was wondering would anyone know what all i have to take off to get to them, I don't want to take off more than i have to (brackets, mounts etc...)

    the rear will come off without anything taken off, the front youll have to take off the coil pack bracket to get it off unless youre a magician.

    You WILL have to at least loosen the coolant bracket that covers the left side of the rear valve cover to remove it...I've tried to take them off with it on and it ain't happening.

    be happy you don't have an l36 then. rear VC isn't so nice compared to what it could have been.

    Loosen a bit and move it over just enuff to remove the rear cover.
