I posted in the 04+ forum a little while back about my GTP catching fire by the exhaust manifold....spark plugs wires started melting causing a small fire. Turned out my cat was clogged up. Well, a new downpipe and hi-flow cat later, thinking the problem would be fixed (with upgrades), but they call back and say that the manifold is still getting super hot......even with the cat-back dropped. They thought it was blocked up a bit too. Original cat was indeed toast.
They ran the car a bit with the charger belt off, but still hot. Anyone have any info on what the problem could be?
