hell even my hood gets pretty hot. all that heat is coming from the exhaust.

Just ordered a set. They should be here next week sometime, and I'll put them on as soon as my garage is empty and it's warm enough out. Two weeks tops, I'm thinking.

Hey, nice thread..

I have the SSAC's and I was thinking about having the crossover welded up. The clamp isn't working out anymore and the exhaust cement only lasts so long.

If I weld them together... how would I EVER get them off? if i wanted to?

What about copper RTV? is this better than exhaust cement?

I have my pacesetters welded to a 2 piece design...I have the front header...and then the crossover is welded to the Y-Pipe along with the Rear Header...search for the "Lea-Free Pacesetters" thread in the How-To Section ;)
