it has to come out eventually...

If the plug is bent, it means the piston chipped and it hit the plug, which it usually does when it goes.

This makes me think it's not a chipped piston. If the plug was smashed, it would usually be a dead misfire, not just kinda odd at times. Cyl 3 is by far the most common to chip a piston, so that was just the first thing I thought of.

I did a full tear down at 3 in the morning...after a full day of work...dont see why its so hard to pull a plug unless its melted in the head or you broke it

Have you never pulled spark plugs before? You just pull the wire off by the boot then unscrew the plug with a spark plug socket. If it's a high mileage engine and the plugs have never been out, the plug wires are going to be tough, just twist them a bit and they should come loose.

No i have never removed Spark plugs before.

So your saying pull the metal shell back and then unscrew the Rubber plug?

the wire should come off of the plug with the metal boot cover. then, get a spark plug socket on there, and take it out. are you turning it to the left?? put some muscle behind it, or get a breaker bar on there for more leverage. maybe you should take it to a garage....
