Seems like not that many, percentage wise, snap a stud. I really wouldn't waste my time even installing the rear PEM. However, since you've already purchased one, be sure to look at the rear PEM versus stock and also realize nothing has been done inside beyond what you can see.

PB Blaster will help your odds of not breaking a stud.

I had to cut one off because the ****er would not turn and it stripped around. But I was pulling my head so it didnt matter. The machine shop put a helicoil (sp?) in it. So I made a mistake and put the rear head on the front. Well my buddy was putting the stud back in the hole that had the helicoil in it and broke it. Well I had to pull the heads again because I screwed up the head gasket install and had to redo it. So I got the stud out and put the heads in the right place. Well I went to put some new bolts in and when I got to that same hole the bolt wouldnt go back in...so I decided to try to tap the hole and broke the tap in it! =P Luckily, I dont have an exhaust leak there, at least as of now I dont. Story has no point, just thought it was funny to share.
