I didnt look all that well but i know the fly wheel had a weight for balance
does it only bolt on one way. It said to mark it during tear down and i did along with the crank balancer but I then media blasted it and lost my mark and it looks like i have two choices on how it will bolt up

    Any help in this area

It will only bolt on one way. But...start and turn each bolt by hand a good number of turns. If any are tight, it's not on properly.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.
