Every once in awhile my low coolant light comes on, but I'll check the radiator and it'll be full. Any ideas? Could there be a bad sensor somewhere?

yes it is in the top left coner on the rad. If you are standing in fornt of the engine look at the rad top left coner about 3 in down from the top. Just try cleaning it off first to see if that works before you buy a new one. Be carefull pulling if out. Just push the small metal clip in and it will unplug.

    mine does it too.

won't unplugging the sensor drain coolant, though?

Two things can happen. One, because of the crap in the coolant, gunk can build up in the hole the sensor goes in and give false readings. To solve this, drain some coolant if you want, remove the sensor and clean the hole out with a screw driver or something. Then put the sensor back in.

Two, the sensor can go bad. To solve this, you can either remove the sensor and put in a new one, or just unplug the old sensor and not worry about it.

This should help find the sensor:

Just unplug the sensor,it will not leak and the light will be gone, replacing the sensor it wont be long before it would go bad anyways, those are so sensitive.
