Exactly. Slip fit doesn't mean the end of the world you guys, if they are decent quality then there isn't a problem. I've installed S&S, SLP, & ZZP headers and NOT had any issues whatsoever.

I'm sure you'll get that from people who don't already own headers. Only thing is, most people like to take the cheapest route.. Cheapest being SSAC. And they're quality products. My only gripe being that you have to buy your own band clamps. Even still, once you do have them there's not a single leak (atleast for me)

Not to sound like a d!ck but I think your going about this wrong. I think alot of people would be interested but quite frankly you lost alot of credibility with the intercooler cores you were selling. Make a set of these headers, install them on a car, and I may be interested. And if you do get 5 people, don't ask for money before the product is made or your going to run into the same problem as before. In all honesty I think if you fab up 5 sets and show people 1 set installed you will have no issues selling them. Your going to have to make an investment before you see any return.

And if you would have read above you would have seen that i was not asking for money up front before they were made. I was simply inquiring about interest so i at least had a definite answer if i could sell them after they were made. The intercooler ordeal is in the past, i have many people that would vouch for my work and my professionalism.

I did read the entire thread. So 5 people say yes, you build them and then 5 people back out? See my point? Just build them and then sell them, that was my point. Im not doubting your workmanship but if people see a set of your headers installed, leak free then Im sure you would have no issue selling them. Were the intercooler cores ever tested before you sold them? I always wondered why you would not have one on your car? Doesn't make much sense? You seem to get offended easily, Im just asking questions.

I see your point and this whole thread was just to gauge interest. But for the intercoolers, i did have an aluminum version on my car before i switched to the phenolic, it sealed fine no problems. I removed it to make the phenolic version, sold it and never got around to installing it, rather i needed money at the time and never had the spare cash to buy the materials, they arent cheap. I know at least one person who has confirmed my core works as far as the short stack intercooler goes. For the full sized, its a hit or miss it seams like people couldnt get them to seal.

Depending on the time frame, I'd be interested. I'm poor as crap right now, but after the first of the year, I should have a little extra cash for mods.

Im bumping this thread because i have decided to go through with this, ordering the stuff tonite. If i could start a list of potential interest that would be great, to see how many sets to be made first. I will provide pics of the headers and installed pics as well, guaranteed to fit.
