boost gauge issue vid

I can't seem to figure this out. I'll be driving around and everything works fine, gauge responds instantly but, after a while the gauge beings to read very slow, sometimes just sitting at 20 vacuum, until i go wot then it reads boost. I went over all my vacuum lines, no leaks, someone mentioned it could be lack of back pressure from my exhaust? Anyway, id like to see what some of you guys can come up with, here is the clip. Sorry guys, its a little shaky.

cant see it to even tell what youre talking about. looks like the gauge is sticking though.

Get a vid of the guage and the aeroforce guage reading boost/vaccumm at the same time. Do you have plastic T's or what type of boost line?

Im just using plastic t's, im going to be re doing them with brass t's and new lines. Its the weirdest thing though, it works fine for the first 20 minutes then it gets laggy, and sometimes the needle will just stop moving and stick on 20 or 10 psi of vacuum. This all happened after I put my pacesetters in.

Melted some of the plastic line from the pacecrappers by chance?

that's what i thought but, i checked and the pace****ters didn't do it, ill get a closer look at that tomorrow. Oh and thank you

Thats what i was getting at but i doubt its the problem if its intermittent, if the line could have come in contact with the headers or anything it would melt a hole through right away. The plastic t's will sometimes melt or warp though. If you haven't already put zip ties everywhere the line slips on, now is the time to do it also.

yeah, i did slip zip ties over every line when i did the top swap. Bluegtp91 called it, it turns out the cheap line that came with the gauge melts itself closed, crimping the line, it only happens after the car has been running a while, when cold the line is completly round and open. Thanks guys
