is it possible to swap a 99 GTP's whole motor and tranny including the pcm, into a 03 gtp?

ZZP Stage 2 Intercooler,XP cam w/ 105lb springs, mod'd retainers,Borla Exhaust,TOG ceramic headers w/ RT downpipe, Intense Race Tranny (3.69) 2.8 pulley, 42.5 lb injectors, 1.0 pcm
