it would bolt up with either l67 heads or l32 heads. You would still need a throttle body adapter too.

do they have an adapter to go from a gen5 to a gen3? i thought they only had one from 3-5 could be wrong though

Right...but it is drive by wire TB, not a cable driven one...so there is nothing out there for a GenIII to Drive by Wire TB setup.
