    My work has picked up and I'm gonna have some money now. In need of new exhaust.

    y not take it 2 an exhaust shop. i got mine custom made 3" all the way back split to 2.5" dynomax mufflers. cost me 200 bucks.

    looking for stainless system. My sisters fiance is mechanic said he'd do it but they dont last. maybe 2-3 yrs. stainless has much longer life

    Mine has lasted over 2 years...and I just drop the catback...clean it up...and spray it with 2000* High Temp paint...works like a charm like it did when it was new. Only thing stainless in my exhaust system is the tips...

    My boss did an exhaust on a guys truck ten years ago. Not stainless and it has help up fine in Iowa.

    And their resonator...resonates DRONE like crazy...it does nothing...might as well just be a piece of straight pipe in there.

    great. thanks for the info... never even thought about just popping it off and painting it. I live in the burbs of chicago.. good news is that the car doesnt really have to see snow or rain unless i need to drive it.. I have a work van. maybe i will look into that.
