    40 WHP?

    1) CAI or FWI
    2) Ported Blower
    3) Bigger or ported TB
    4) Headers w DP
    5) Smaller Pulley (3.4)
    6) Tuner
    7) Others (plugs, wires, thermo etc)

This is a guesstimate to gain 40 WHP. I still feel like i am overestimating, youll probably need an IC setup, cam or RR's.

I really suggest you read this first.

    a) lose the busa cause they suck. anyone who is really into bikes knows this.

    b) what are your goals? all you want is 40 hp? why 40? where did that number come from?

@dnaprodigy thks, @bio248 the busa is the best, i know ur not thinking that the kaw is better. I came up with 40WHP because i want at least 300WHP but would consider more. I wasn't sure what i needed to spend to get a significant boost.

Which GP do you have? Unless it is an 04+ you are still VERY far away from 300WHP. If you have a 97-03 your making about 180-190 WHP stock.

The GTP's do not have anywhere near 260 whp........so to get to 300 is def. gonna be closer to 85-100 whp more than stock. They have about 240-260 crank HP stock depending what year and model you have.....so you will need lots of mods......intercooler, smaller pulley than 3.4, awesome tune, and all the supporting mods to reach your goal...

300 whp is full intercooler, rockers, headers, and a stupid good tune. even then you might not make it without a cam unless you have someone awesome at tuning at your disposal.

For an '04...go like this...also this is if money isn't really THAT much of a issue.

    Full Size Intercooler from ZZPerformance
    #42.5 Fuel Injectors
Headers of some kind (I'd get Peacesetter's for the money - http://www.grandprixforums.net/f73/l...ion-16085.html )
    TDC Fenderwell Intake
    180* T-Stat
    Autolite 103 Spark Plugs
ZZP Modular Pulley System with a 3.25" to start and you can work your way lower if your knock free
Then either rockers (1.84's can be done with stock springs and retainers) or a Cam...S1X or XP are great cams.
    Sold WBody's: '03 Blue GTP/'98 Green GTP/'98 Silver GT/'05 GXP
    '99 Chevrolet Silverado Classic Z71 4x4 - K&N Intake/Gibson Exhaust #TRUCKTHINGS
    '12 Buick Regal Turbo - ZZP CAI/20% Tint/HID's
    '89 Ford Mustang LX Notchback - LM7 5.3, 4L80, 9", HX40
    '04 Chevrolet Corvette MRM A4/LS1 - TSP LT's, 3"O/R X, AFE S2 CAI
