    WHat choices are out there i know zzp sells some any one else out there sell them I really dont wanna put my beat up plastic one back on after my build

    Yup, its either the plastic ones painted or go for the aluminum ones ZZP sells. I think that those are all the choices we have.

    they make inserts to put in the plastic ones and you could paint the body of it if you wanted...........that would look better than stock.

    The plastic covers look good painted with some VHT silver.

    I made my own by filling the slits then using truck bedliner spray (resistant to fuel, oil etc) and they look nice

    I made two sets and would consider selling the second set. (shipped from canada)

    no offense..........but I dont think it looks good at all. I think it looks like it just got ran over by the Interstate paving crew.......
