Returns can take more than a few days man...I've worked in the banking business for awhile...your lucky to get something refunded within a WEEK. That is just how the system works...ain't nothing we could control...only thing I say is that people should have seen who they were buying these things from.

what good does it do? its sunday now and ups still doesnt have the package. so i have a tracking number that doesnt work or an intercooler that was never really shipped. sure is good having this tracking number. lol

Heh...and I said from the beginning of all of this...have it installed on a car and make a bunch of them before buying...I feel bad for you guys...all honestly could have been avoided. It sure sucks you can't even trust people in your own community anymore.

in all honesty if i was sticking with this car and going intercooled i would STILL buy a core from logan. you dont ever start a build until you have the parts. you dont just take the car apart when you dont have everything to put it back together.
i would wait for a cheap core with a bigger heat exchanger than the rest of the vendors sell. i say youre all babies.

so let me get this straight. you wouldnt be the least bit upset if you paid for something over two months ago...was promised two weeks and still after 60+ days still hadnt recieved it? really? wow it sure sounds like your talking just to talk here. how about if you paid for one and it caused a leak that kept your car from running right? would you still be okay with that? how about if you were promised a refund date and almost a week later you still hadnt gotten it.? well you d be pissed and wondering if you got scammed too. dude if you dont like this thread and need to be critical of us venting and trying to get our ****/money back then read something else. no one made you read this and yes your thread got highjacked and you aint getting it back. lol your probebly gonna be pissed after reading this although you supposivly wouldnt be pissed if any one of these things happend to you. ha!

And neither did any of the customers that went directly through me or Logan. But they did expect the product to be delivered in the alloted time frame.
After this is what this thread is all about for the most part.
It's not that he can't. It's that he does not. Simply because he chooses NOT to do so.
He also does not just do this on intercoolers. He has at least one customer that is waiting on another item that is way past 54 days as well.

In any business even if the customer is dead wrong they are always right. And 98% of customers want what they ordered when they were promised it Or some damn good comunication to back it all up.
As a person in any business You must do what ever it takes to get it done. I grew up watching my dad run hs business sometimes 24/7 literaly sleeping maybe 2 hours a day.
And in any business your only as good as your worst review or angriest customer.
I know if it was me geting backed up And had a line of upset customers ID have a few days of no sleep to get the job done...

very true...ask parker cause i went through tdc for this intercooler. when we were in the 40s when it came to when it was ordered i wasnt the least bit upset because parker kept me in the loop. its when the communications from logan consistently bacame lies or when i was ignored altogether that i became pissed. had i been told form the start that this would take three months i would have been fine with that. just tell the truth. also very true about your dads business practices. i run a hefating and cooling business and im the same. if i promise an install on monday and monday gets crazy with service calls i either clear a postponement with the customer asap or i stay up all night and do it for them. ive actually started a funace install at 8:00 pm and they generallly take 6 hours but thats business. its not just business, its honerable. i live and die by my word...in business and in my private life. this is why im proud or my work and of my life. your dad was obviously the same. in doing and being so he was probebly very successful and very respected.
Reptile......start making intercoolers and we can start trusting again....lol. You have a great reputaion and id buy one off of you if you can make them.
