ill give you all the props in the world if you make it work. it would be a badass way to fully atomize meth before it hits the blower with that much piping before it, but i just dont think you are going to be able to work it out right away. the aussie guys have done it over and over again and found water to air to be easier and more effective. have you checked out their systems to see what a possible cause and solution would be?

Thank you BIO, this is what im talking about, focusing on a topic and adding to it positively, not just bashing the idea. Anyways, yes i have checked all their systems and their version of the air/air plate. Its pretty straight forward. There is a guy with a commodore who actually made his own adapter plate and can be found on cardomain... but here is a pic anyways. The inlet/outlet would becoming in either side of the plate differently, because its a transverse setup, but it can be worked around. Im debating right now to make the body phenolic and switching to side aluminum collectors, for the heat transfer reasons, keep the blower cooler. I believe moving the tb is a better choice because you can keep the factory map in its spot and you can also utilize a bov. Not only that but now the entire system isnt a suck through design, but a blow through design, more like a turbo system. Boost is boost to the computer, it doesnt care if it comes from a supercharger, turbo, or leaf blower for that matter. The lag they were having was because they didnt move the maf to more accurate metering position close to the lim.
    Here is the pic:

I've seen S/C 3.8 t-birds have a fmic setup on their roots type blower so I wouldn't say its impossible. It'd just be a *****. Some of the grand prix modders tend to think inside the box too much, it's modding for a reason.

Just a word of advice, It's probably not good to call your potential customer a dumbass. Or call your potential customer a dumbass in front of other potential customers. I mean I know your not a real business or anything and your working out of your apartment and all but come on. Let's step it up a little here.

Nice. But I do want something from you. And so does Douglas Melter. He want's that intercooler that you have been building since June 14th!

Yeah that would be over 54 days to build an intercooler core. Also you said over a week ago that you would be emailing me and him a tracking number. Nothing yet which does NOT suprise me.

So how about finishing these orders up before we think about making new stuff? Huh?

Ouch. I was never dogging the guy personally...just the way he comes across to be honest. Parker hopefully you'll be online tonight...I did have a few questions for ya and figured they would be better to ask on IM or something then through 50 thousand PM's. Need a few things from ya to get this thing going for Branson

Have fun finding your own intercoolers from now on jackass. Good luck getting anything else out of me either, thats the nail in the coffin as far as im concerned. Oh and by the way, people may wait a little longer than your sh!t but at least they get quality with me. Hopefully bbptech will chime in when he gets his stuff because unfortunatley he came to me because you sold him a "Ported " blower which was promptly sent to me after he got it because him and his dad were looking at it and wondering what in the hell they paid $125 for. Also, you lost his fmhe and did nothing about it? Thats a business alright, a crooked one. Not to mention you trying to rip me off on the fuel rail situation.

    Sorry to jack the thread.

Posting this info in a thread and not in a PM is just as bad for your business as minichopper calling bluegtp a dumbass.

It doesn't look too good when you bash your business partner in front of everyone.

Well if that's the only way we can get him to send a customers order out then that's what we are going to do.

I have spoken to logan on about 10 different occasions about this situation. Obviously with no resolution.

But you haven't returned my last email so whos the one not responding here? Also, i have done more out of my non-business apartment than you will EVER do in your entire lifetime. You knew the circumstances when you asked ME to have MY product on your website. You agreed. Then you come to me like i should be this high volume deal when i told you from the get go i did it on spare time, i have a life to tend to too. What it really comes down to is quality over quantity for me and you have proven to me you are more interested in rolling things out to get your $100 website fee? That's right people, they have always been $350 from me directly, I was just trying to help him out with his business. All he had to do for $100 was place a damn order. I wish you the best of luck with your business as im going to be retiring from the intercooler market because you have made this painful for me.

I've been dealing with Colin (We try to call our customers by name) with the situation for quite some time about the refund situation. And it has been taken care of. I know your not familiar with the process of going through a merchant account to process refunds or giving a refund at all but the time it takes for a credit to be complete is anywhere from 7-14 business days.

As for the blower Colin got just what he said he wanted. we ported the inlet to 78mm an opened up the outlet to the standard size. We also closed the slits on the S/C as colin requested.

Colin did not inform us he had any issues with hte blower untill the other day after you got it and said it was a peice of crap just like you say Brians work is (Reptile)

I'm not sure what you told him and really don't care. If Colin would have informed us that there was any issues that he did not like before he sent it off to you then they would have been taken care of. Just like every one that deals with us.

And yes all of our products do ship off before 54 Days.

I don't need anything further from you. As every customer that has ordered an intercooler through us has said personally to me that you are doing nothing but bringing my business down.

I'm sorry but it's not me who ruined this for you. It's the 54 day's you take to get an intercooler out when you said it only takes 2 weeks. I'm just going off of what you tell me here.

Wow. I wish i would have taken some pictures of that crap. Since when has 78mm become 73.2 mm at its peak, and since when does a circle look like a damn zigzag pattern? It honestly looks to me like you spent about 10 minutes on it, no lie. Im not here to bash anybodys work i call it like i see it, and HE was not happy with it so thats why it got sent to me. Smoothing was not done like described either, as well as opening the outlet. Basically lies.

It's more than just placing an order. It's answering email after email from my customers asking why and where their order is. It's the money that I get charged for processing payments through my merchant account. It's also for my time in dealing wih you.

I must say it was not worth the 100 bucks to have screaming and unsatisfied customers at my throat for 54 days

Sorry we measure with an Electronic Dial Caliper. Not a tape measure. Remember to recheck your measurements twice
