last night after the blink 182 concert (which was awesome) i was waiting forever to get out of the parking lot, so i shut my car off. and when i tried to turn it back on it wouldnt start, so i tried again and it wouldnt start so i gave it some gas and it finally started up. and the tcs light came on... but the tach still worked. i had that happen before but on a different engine. any input on this? thnks

The traction control has nothing to do with the engine.

It could be the 10Amp fuse in the engne compartment fuse box.

Check that and let us know.

It's a Mini 10AMP red fuse in the fuse box that is in the engine compartment. After you take the cover off, Look on the underside of the cover and look on the fuse list. It should say something like HVAC/TCS and something else.

could this be the fuel pump relay? Are you aware of the tab bend to make the fuel pump go into high flow mode? What year is your car?

the fuel line has a return line. any fuel that isnt being used goes back to the tank. you wont use any more gas, but the fuel pressure will be elevated.
