Raocker Arm Install

working on installing the new Yella Terra rocker arms today and trying to find out what the torque spec is for the bolts. The entire kit came from ZZP so i am assuming that these are Yella Terra rocker arm bolts? if so anyone know what the torque is?

bought them slightly used from a member think he only had them installed for about 10 mins before he noticed that they weren't 1.9's and when they were shipped to me there was no info on anything but i know he bought the kit from ZZP
