    Settings 1-4 on A/c and Heat dont work, black out DIC, and headlamps. What is the ordeal? Is it just a High Blower Relay or resistor?

    If your headlamps or dic does not work it could be a bad ignition switch.

    the setting 1-4 not working is the blower resister... not idea about the headlights and dic tho sorry
