Can anyone describe what this looks like, as well as the location? Pic would be nice too.

I am changing my water pump and need to drain the radiator. I read on the forums here that it was on the drivers side, on the bottom. The only thing on the very bottom appears to be the mounting point. A little above that on the back side appears to be some white type of plug, but it kinda looks like one of those screws you can only turn one way (except pretty big).

    thanks,

drivers side bottom of the rad. you just turn it to loosen then pull on it , not all the way out, just until it starts to drain, then push it and tighten it back down.

Or it will strip out and then you just pull the lower hose.

Put a 1/4" socket wrench into that square and loosen it.

Is it a plastic thing, or a metal bolt looking thing like an oil drain plug?

The ones on all my old cars were plastic green with a wing you turn...
Are they the same on all Grand Prixs?

Do any pictures of this exist? I havnt been able to find one, lol.

just pull the hose from the water pump, and hold the hose up, so it don't drain, why drain it all? unless you need to. do put a catch pan under the car first tho.
