Ive got one, but I cant tell you if its identical to the one ZZP offers as I bought mine slightly used from someone. Im not sure why they would need a stock input shaft unless they are having those hardened. I have a brand new OEM input shaft as well though.

IIRC INTENSE includes the O-rings on theirs, ZZP does not.

    IMPORTANT NOTES:

    - A $35 U.S. core charge will be placed on this item. The core charge is 100% refundable with the return of your original Input/Turbine Shaft. The INTENSE™ Input/Turbine Shaft requires your original oil diverter tube to be removed from the inside of your stock input shaft and pressed into the new one. This diverter tube is almost impossible to remove with normal hand tools without destroying it, so we remove the stock oil diverter tube and reinstall it for our customers.

    - The race version does not have a core charge due to the lack of oil diverter tube needed.

They are just saying why they have a core charge, you don't actually have to do anything.

Ryan it is definately a different shaft than what ZZP offers. Intense was the first company to come out with an upgraded shaft and GM Racing used them as they were breaking stock shafts every few runs in their sunfire race car. They require sending in a stock shaft back for the $35 credit as there is a sleeve pressed in the inside of the shaft that they need out of the stock shaft. I have a shaft here I can send in for you if you want, I have to send them a core this week anyways.

Same thing I am doing. Paid full price +core from intense, and will be sending them back my stock one when I pick up my car from Dave.

    99 GTP = 12.936 @ 112.12 2.16 60'
    06 TBSS = STOCK
    07 GXP = STOCK - ordering SSC's

i didn't know you went to dave's to get your tranny fix. i knew you have tranny issue. you'll be happy when you go pick up your car. just curious what all you upgrade or replace? me and my father should head out to dave's again next month. your gtp is almost identical to my father's, same tips, spoiler, and color except the reflective letterings. his is med. blue.
