    Well here goes. The car sounds rough and loud in reverse when Aplying gas. It sounds like it is coming from the passanger side. This started when I put the headers and the new Axles in the car. Any Idea I know it sounds weird and it is hard to explain

    Exhaust could be rubbing when the motor flexes forward. That would be my first guess.
    I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

    look for any rub marks on the exhaust....

    Probaly the clamp the holds the bottom of the cross over to the rear header. I think mine is rubbing too.

    I am planning on checking mine tonight. I am pretty sure it was something to do with the headers. Since we both have the same issue right after I installed mine.

    Yea your headers are more than likely rubbing the firewall. You need cradle spacers or longer dogbones

    it only happens in reverse ad it is just louder it is weird. I will look into the firewall when Iget home from LA next weekend

    define loud? is it like exhaust loud or mechanical loud. i only ask because you just did the axle too and you didnt specify why you changed it. just thought id try a different avenue. i figure these guys r correct but if its not that you at least have something else to think about

    that is what I thought mabey the Axel was not in all the way but it is already checked that. I was getting a vibration on aceleration so that is why I changed them the boots were torn and they just about fell apart when I took them out
