I put on a ported blower that had the divots filled in. Since then, my car is throwing a P0401 code for EGR insufficient flow. Is there really enough exhaust gas going into the blower that filling that in will throw a code?

Thats where all the egr gases flow. So I could see it throwing a code.

last I checked, the computer monitored EGR flow by watching for changes in the MAP sensor readings, I don't see how that could be affected by filling in the divot.

The tube goes into the LIM, so unless it just goes into the LIM as a route to the blower, I'm confused how it would stop that much gas. I'll probably just disable the code in the PCM so that it doesn't show up anymore.

Yeah, it goes into the LIM and straight up into the inlet of the blower.
