I was thinking of upgrading to the 99+ airbox since I feel it flows noticeably better. I had a custom intake for a while but wasn't thrilled by the extra noise, so I thought this would be a nice upgrade while still staying quiet and looking factory. Is this even worth doing? Thanks.

All it is IIRC, is the tube going to the TB that is different. If not...my biz. If you want a newer style box, I have one. Let me know...since it is off of my '03 and it even has the foam still on it from the factory that normally rots or peels off. You can also gut the stock airbox to let it breathe better to retain that factory look
