thanks alot man i appreciate the help.
plus i would need a highflow cat? like a magnaflow or somethin. and its a 2.5" DP correct?
no problem :)
and so like this for a glasspack?
MagnaFlow Exhaust Products - For Trucks, Suv's, American Muscle, Diesel, & Sport Compact Vehicles
Would i be able to get a 3" DP with Cat and then do my exhaust, and then add headers later when i have more money?
That way if i got the 3" DP i wouldnt have to worry about U bend if i got SD headers. (Note: I already have the Temporary Ubend Delete).
or why did it say on the "Header and Manifold Thread" that you cant use the DP with headers...
the sd headers come with a downpipe. i doubt the dp you purchase would be compatible.
Because if you buy a 3" Bolt-In or Weld-In DP...it does just that...replaces the factory DP. SD...or ANY headers for that matter come with their own downpipe. And...buying a catted 3" bolt in downpipe from ZZP nowadays is more expensive than buying a set of Speed Daddy headers...so...do it now.
I installed a 26 inch Thrush glasspack on mine and just y-piped it from there to the tips, it sounds pretty damn good.
im still thinkin borla pro xs's for me,
then donno which glasspack.
poopy like poop
what is the difference for length..? better longer?..?
The freq depends on the distance from the engine.
What we call "rasp" seems to be located physically where the resonator is.
Longer section you have dampening in, the larger band of frequencies that will be affected.
Less rasp.
so ya definetely want a long one LOL.
NO RASP:)
this thread helped alot! thx :D
without mufflers? if so, have u rev'd it standing behind it?
