Ok so I went to track Sunday and I had a few issues, I could not get car to launch. The tires would not break loose at all off the line. It was like the car was bogging off the line. According to my Stock boost gauge I was not making full boost in 1st gear till about 4500rpm maybe higher and then the 1st to 2nd shift was slow and didn’t make boost till 4000rpm. After that the car feels strong and really moves.

    15's?

I ran a 15.1 @ 94 bone stock. I'd be willing to bet that PCM is hurting you more than anything since you don't have supporting mods for a DHP PCM. I would say you need to get rid of the U-Bend too...since you have a CAI it might not be getting rid of the extra air you are pulling in.

Thats what I was thinking it was running like something was off. Like I said the car would not even spin tires off line no matter what I did it was not making power off line or in low RPM's

You think changing the stat will help or should I switch back to stock pcm till dp is done. I really have not done anything pass stock to make it knock.

Well you have the intake...and a stock U-Bend correct? Taking in more air and not being able to get rid of it will make you knock even on a stock pulley...and that PCM is made for basic bolt on GTP's such as...

    3.4" Pulley
    3" Downpipe
    U-Bend Delete
    180* T-Stat
    Colder Plugs
    Intake of some sort

Trick I used to test that before I knew anything about GTP's is when I had a 3.5" pulley with a DP, U-Bend Del., CAI, T-Stat, Plugs...

Throw some race gas in it and see if you run any faster. The race gas will kill any sort of KR that you might have...I ran a 14.98 then dropped to a 14.70 with the same 60' and everything...

you gotta get the 60' time down... u have your tires aired down in the front??? in my old gtp with just a pcm, 3 inch dp, cai, and catback i pulled a 14.2 fastest pass... and yeah you definitely need some exhasut work your probably getting some KR

Leak Found and what a leak it was if you are stand on pass. side there is are 2 vac holes connect to a T fit hose the also connect to engine, That T fitting is cracked and done for. SO I try to go fix the part and go to remove the T and the vac hose that goes to the back behind the engine came off, and I dont know where it plugs is at. So in the morning going to junk yard or dealership to find part and I hope I can get it fixed. IF anybody can help me find where to connect vac hose to behide engine I would be thankful

boost does not come in at a certain RPM. this is a roots blower. boost comes on when you push the throttle down.

and yes, it makes sense for that to happen because it needs to downshift when youre going 40.

even with the downshift I get instant boost just not full boost Per my stok boost gauge, It is about 3 bars from max, goes max at about 4500, and you can feel a big difference

that boost gauge is junk. get a real one and then you can tell us that it isnt making full boost or not.

well in that case it sounds like torque management. i have my BBV not connected to the PCM so my car cannot pull boost.

I thought that might hurt something...always thought you'd leave that alone but laughed at the boost bypass mod LOL
