The steel quick connect on the feed line stared seeping. I got the popular Dorman 3/8 nylon repair "kit", BUT ... I want to shape it like the steel OEM 2hich has a pretty tight S bend within a few inches of the connector. I tried heat gun and boiling hot water to soften the line, but can't come close to achieving the desired bend without kinks.
I don't like the way the line contacts the evap solenoid without the S bend.

Any suggestions? Is there a better solution?

Honestly I would just look for an OEM line to replace the entire piece. Delt with this on my friends 01 GT when it decided to keep leaking even after replacing the o-rings in it. Granted it's not the S/C version but still the same principal. Likely the other W-body S/C cars in that year range would work if you can't find one specific to the 98 GTP.

if you have not cut the stock line yet, swap the o rings inside the fitting.

Correction... The quick connect it steel but the line with the S bend that I need to replicate is nylon. That means there must be a way to make such bends without kinking the nylon.
    Any ideas would be appreciated.

I tried replacing the orings but that was unsuccessful. I cut the line when I found the Dorman repair kit. SMH Now wish I had thought about it more.

I found aftermarket line kits from linestogo.com, but they only sell complete line sets. They run ~$200 which isn't bad but seems overkill since my issue is just a 6" piece with a connector. 🙄
