04 Comp G, no SES lights, idle fine, when trying to accelerate RPMs jump up and down like it's surging like it's about to die or it's starving for fuel or something along those lines. I've changed plugs to new iridiums, plug wires, coils, and fuel filter. The last check engine light that I had was something about evap leak detected. But I don't think that would have anything to do with it it does have a problem putting gas in and I changed the purge valve and the vent solenoid and it still won't pump but sbout $2 worth of gas and it shuts the pump off I assume that's different problem altogether. When the car is surging pressing the accelerator don't really do too much until you hit a certain point and then the car kicks down and goes. I really don't know where else to look without any codes. I've ordered a new fuel pump as well when it gets here I'll change that to see if it helps but I don't know what else to do. Any input is appreciated!
