Thread: fast high low idle

Helppp, I just started my car, idle jumped to over 2k, then dropped to 1k and up and down. No ck engine light no codes. what is wrong? was hooking up gauge lights to dimmer switch. I removed the wires and it still does it , don't know what to do!!! please help this nob.

it stopped doing it!!!! . something was stuck on the gas pedal What a nob am I!
