Hey Everyone,
since the peak of summer ive been having an odd issue where if i dont let my car warm up for 1 or 2 min it will want to stall when coming to a stop for that 1 or 2 min after when up to operating temp it runs fine and also idles fine when doing this. warmup issues shown when in gear without warmup. it hasnt happened for a few week but i also had an issue when sitting it drive thrus i would get the reduced engine power warning and would have to reset it to get the car to accelerate i forgot the code it threw but it was someting with the TPS sensor but i am drive by wire so i dont have one. i am also on e85 and it has been getting harder than usual to coldstart it compared to similar temps last year when i was on e85. i did a smoke vacuum test but couldnt find any leaks.
also ive been getting a variable steering assist warning when coming to a stop but its very inconsistent and sometimes will happen after 5 min of driving and sometimes wont happen after 45 min of driving. also goes away when the car goes off and on but not always.
thank you for reading this and let me know what you think. i also recently got a drive by wire control module for cheap but heard the dealership has to program it to your car and im worried they will screw up the e85 tune.
