    80 mm Throttle body assy has anyone ever used this on a mod L67 setup or is it too much have a 72 on there now can get cheaper than a northstar Thanks

    ZZP used to have an 87mm throttle body kit, they haven't made it for a long time though. If you do an 80mm, you will have to port the inlet of the supercharger to match, or it won't help much. I say go for it, more air in, more power.

    If you can open the supercharger inlet, as mentioned, having the biggest TB you can get is best. I've got a 102mm LSx waiting to go on my MP112 when that gets put into something in the future (original INTENSE/ZZP kit from 2003 has regular 75mm LS1 TB adapted).

    Love it makes a lot of torque , litte McGavier to get all hooked up it was from a Ram 5.7

    Post pics if you get that 80mm on there.

    ZZP used to make a 78mm throttle body. Looked like a stock L67 TB, but was larger. That was over 10 years ago now I think. I have seen people make a larger aftermarket LS cable style TB work.

    I am actually having a local machine shop port a extra Northstar TB I have. Should be able to get it to 78mm. Will need to make a larger throttle blade though. Going to port the inlet of a Gen V to match.
