You will need to run wires from the baro sensor to the ECM or swap wiring harnesses.

Well I went over all that I have. I was able to confirm that I have all the sc manifold upper and lower bolts. Missing a couple of nuts from the fuel rail but I'm sure I can take from what's on mine to sub out.

I am missing one bolt that holds this bracket in the below pic. If it comes down to it, I'll match it up somehow with another.

These 2 studs I'm sure I need to replace at least one (It's bent). Is there even a replacement for these out there? I have a feeling I'm going to have to go to the dealer for this one. Same for the nuts for the tensioner.

I also picked up the MAF, is it also different then the non-sc?

I plan on going to get the wire harness this weekend or by next weekend. These cars don't get picked over to quickly here.

that stud will unscrew from the head. im sure you could bend that back to close to straight. it dont need to be perfect.

maf is the same sc or na.

the bbv bolt, take the other one out, hit a hardware store and find a match.

if you can find a nut that fits, ive seen guys grind them down to fit inside the tensioner.

Well I got the harness and those 2 sensors for $30. It's going to need a few connections replaced. Brittle as hell.

Am I correct that the knock sensors are on the bottom middle of the engine? It's what they looked like. What an incovenate location to put them. Kinda a PITA to get to.

Looking up gasket kits, which one do I order for, the L67 or the L32?

It looks like I pulled the L32 (off a 2006 GP) but I keep only finding L67 SC gasket kits. And even weirder they show form 98-05 yrs and nothing above it.

RockAuto has them but damn they want a pretty penny for them.

I also called a local dealership and as predicted they don't make replacements of that stud. I found only one place online that says they have them. Waiting on email confirmation. If they don't I think I may see if I can find a rod with the same thread pattern and make my own stud.

on ra, get the magnum metal lim gasket kit, its like 40 bucks. comes with new o rings for th einjectors and a few other items. ive used that kit 3 times now.

the blower gasket you need to look up a upper plenum gasket. 04 was paper, 05 iirc is metal and costs like 40 bucks. but is reusable. so if it had a metal one at the junk yard that would be good to have grabbed up.

dont matter if you use a metal or paper or just rtv it on.

I'm fairly certain the stud is the same as the one in your n/a. I've never measured them, but I'd be willing to bet it's similar.

Got a question on the ECM.

I found one on a 07 GT, can I use it and does anyone know if it will trip the VATS because of different VIN?
