What could be the possible cause of high negative fuel trims when I accelerate? The trims sometimes go as high as -14.2, any help or ideas to resolve this would be appreciated.

Dirty MAF, leaking fuel injector come to mind.

I've swapped the Maf with new one and the condition still exists. I also checked the plugs and didn't find any wet ones.

The 02 sensors only has 4000 miles on it, I'll look into changing it. This condition only happens when I accelerate during normal driving, not when I accelerate hard.

probably not an o2 sensor unless you have been using leaded fuel

If your ported throttle body was never tuned for, then that's another thing to look at.

Something causing your fuel pressure to go to high under WOT. Rare, but possible.

It was tuned for the tb, I've had it for over 8 years and this just started happening.

The conditions happen under mild acceleration from stop, during wot the trims lock at 0.0

any chance you just had the battery unhooked in the last day or so when this started? cause it sounds like your trims are re learning maybe. locking in at 0.0 wot only happens when the trims are learning still, ive yet to see a tune hit 0.0, always one way or the other once learned. and it seems like you got a canned tune, so no way the trims hits 0 wot when it learned.
