its called a street tune when you tune it "on the street" with your own tuner. dyno is just a place they can go wot with out getting tickets. and scan the runs record the tq and hp. at least they can tell if the last change made a difference or not. VS the good old butt dyno lol
chances are they are using HPT, most all of them are these days. and they dont have a clue how to tune your car either lol where the 3800 is simple to tune, these guys are off all the time cause they tune v8's with way more pcm settings to play with.
