Anybody knows if the L67 has issues with E85 fuel mixing with the engine oil? If so is there a fix for this other than running a more thicker more expensive oil?

It's not going to mix unless you have mechanical problems.
Ha
Cold start a 127 lb pintle type injector e85 car and tell me the cylinder washdown isn't contaminating the oil
Run the cheapest **** they sell, I did that for 5 years and never had a single problem.
Doubtful he's running dem 127lb/hr injectors so the engine isn't going to care at all what oil he uses.
Rottella t6 5w40 diesel oil for us turbo gays
Lol. Looks to me like his car is pretty much stock.
I gotta a friend with a 2015 EVO putting down 700awhp and hes running E85. When he checks/changes the oil it straight smells like E85 and the oil is very thin. Not sure why he has this issue when the car only has 60k miles on it. So i was curious if the L67 was known to have this problem while on E85
Think of how much fuel 700whp needs compared to the sub 300whp that you'll likely put out.
What doesn't get burned goes into the oil little by little.
Right, i understand if a motor has a lil blow by or if the PCV system is not working efficiently but i was just wondering if anyone here has experienced this problem with a L67 while running E85
I haven't had an issue with the stock 33# injectors or 60# injectors so I would say unless your rings are slap wore out then you'll be fine.
Jeff
I put on a ton of miles with both 42 and 60 lb injectors. Never had a problem.
Pcv>breather for reducing oil contamination with e85
