Hey guys I'm thinking about throwing in an s1x cam and want to know if my current setup is ok to run it. I currently have l76 springs (90#) installed with modded retainers, and felpro valve seals. ( which I think give a little extra clearance if I'm correct). Pretty much everywhere says 105 springs or 130 is recommended for the s1x but would 90# springs be fine if i just didnt shift as high as 6600? Thanks guys

    You should run 130's.

I can't remember off-hand, but I don't think l76 springs are rated for the lift of a s1x. Either way, they are too light of a sprung for that cam.
