Anyone try 1 of the cryO2 kits? they have a fuel chiller, and a intake cooler i was looking at instead of an intercooler. but seeing as how the inrake comes before that heat pump we call an m90, do you think it could make a difference? which leads me to the fuel chiller. the fuel chiller temp gets down to -80 deg. Thats pretty cold. so, do you guys think either could help?

    thanks in advance

I have not tried one nor heard of anyone else trying them. The fuel will still burn the same in the combustion chamber causing the same high temps. It almost looks like a fake NOS kit. From what I am gathering E85 burns cooler but has higher octane thus would be a better option. E85 or intercooler. I am still torn which way I am going to go. I'm thinking E85 but I am not working on it until spring.

Cold fuel will make more power, but I would be skeptical that it will work as well as they claim.

It will help some to cool the air preblower, but like you said, it won't help that much. The fuel cooler will do about the same.

The $/hp is much higher with e85 or an intercooler.

I helped put a cyO2 system in my friends Jetta but he did the intake way. It worked well from what he said.

I'd imagine, like doing methanol injection...it would be beneficial post blower, so tapping the LIM.

But that'd be the only way I'd have it ran. Just spraying it into the intake pre-blower doesn't make much sense.
