Does anyone know the torque spec(for the bolts) and what sealer to use on the snout to blower(case)

anarobic sealant, the type I used was red, and I torqued them to german torque. good and tight.

whats anarobic never herd of it where do i get this stuff? Is there i sealant i could use from advance auto?
