Looking to replace my thermostat and Alldata is telling me that the 2000 Grand Prix has "Noticeable offset of the pintle position". Can regular aftermarket thermostat be installed without the offset pintle.

go the parts store, ask for a 195 t stat, its that easy. make sure its drilled.
