Im changing my s/c pulley tommorrow. Roughly how long should this take? Also, Im considering getting it tuned....is this a good idea? Im dropping to a 3.5" and presently my mods are; zzp pcm, no res./ ubend delete, mag mufflers, and cai. Im going to get zzp's stage 1 tb and 1.9 rockers. Should I wait or tune right after the pulley change.

I'd say throw in a powerlog in that mix and you will be set.

If it were me I would do the rockers and pulley at the same time then tune right after. Rockers require tuning to get the full potential out of them so if you tune before you are going to have to pay to tune after as well. just my thinking, may not be correct.

Im going with headers in the spring. Personally I think the power log is a big waste of money but thats my oppinion. If your gonna go through the trouble of pulling the front manfold then why not spend a little more money and throw on headers. Maybe Im wrong. I think your right and I should wait until the tb and rockers get here and installed before I do the tune. Thanks.

Then you may want to wait to drop a pulley size. Unless you can scan for how much knock you have now. The front manifold is almost too restrictive for the stock pulley, much less anything lower.

Im going on the advise from zzp. Tim told me a 3.5 would be ok at this point based on the mods I have done already. Headers will be on March.

Well, i'd say he's wrong. I'd be willing to you got KR now. With a 3.5, expect that to jump a bit. You ain't ready for a pulley swap yet, you need more work first...

Get the headers, rockers, get a tune or a tuner, scan it, then think about doing a pulley swap. Your pistons will thank you...
