    Sup,

Got around 6 junkyards on the road close to my house, was about to go on a run.

From what cars did the #50 EV6 injectors that fitted without issues came from?

And from which car did the bigger MAF for 2004+ came from, I think they were the 4" ones.

If anyone have either the part#'s or the cars these cames from, I might be able to go either pick them up myself, or buy them new with my 50% prices at the part store.

All for my 04 crap thing.

I have no idea what if any vehicles came with 50# injectors, but would like to know.

When I picked up a spare MAF for my 05' it was pretty much any MAF that looked like it would fit was on that list. Most were Impala's from 06+ Other 04+ GP's, Buick Rainier 06+ it was a pretty long list. Just ask at the yards, they have an interchange for them.

I think it's a Flexfuel truck, just don't remember the years / engine.

And I'm looking for a bigger MAF, not a replacement one, otherwise I wouldn't have asked the question heh.

Your question was not clear, as it can be read that the MAF on 04+ is larger than previous years. If you are looking for the LQ4 MAF look it up.

    Good luck

LQ4 doesn't have the same plug has the 04+ harness does if I recall well, but I think some GM truck has a 4" MAF that would fit on. I saw it at some point somewhere. Even had noted a part # but I can't find my notes back.

Just a note, "bigger MAF for 2004+" I think that's pretty clear buddy.

I didn't remember that people were that sensitive. Didn't know that pointing at my own sentence for clairifcation was considered being a dick, buddy boy.

Thanks for trying, tho, appreciated. Know most parts# but these two are unknown to me.

    If I can formulate my question better ;

Any MAF's that are bigger than the stock 04+ that would fit and that I could either find in a JY or buy at the local part store, got huge discounts.

Any 42.5 or 50# injectors that are bigger than stock 04+ L32 injectors yet fits without cutting wires / spacers.

Just need the numbers for theses parts. I know they exist, I think they come from recent Flex fuel trucks, but I can't recall which ones.

If anyone knows, it'd be appreciated to have the numbers. Sorry if I was Toxic to you J57ltr, wasn't meant to be a dick, I usually try to help people all I can and rarely act like a dick, so my bad.

I can't find anything that uses the same injector, 03-04 Volvo C70 with the Turbo 5 cyl. Bosch part # 0280155968 These are only 42# injectors and I can't tell the EV1 from EV6.

From what I can tell it seems the 8.1L engine uses 42# injectors but only if it is flex fuel and they seem to be much shorter and are referred to as Multec 2 connectors.

As far as a MAF that connects directly to the 04+ cars I haven't heard of anyone switching out the stock MAF for a larger one, I can't find any info on that either.

    Thanks for the infos.
I think the stock L32 MAF gets maxed out faster than the Series II ones, planning on going to 3.2 ish pulley this spring.

Otherwise, any one here got to a 3.2" on Gen V with the stock MAF? I know my injectors won't be big enough tough. If I can get away without changing the MAF, for sure I'll be keeping my money.

I think around the 3.2-3.3 range is where you going to start out flowing the stock injectors as well as the maf IIRC from talking with will when he did my retune

Why does everyone call it a LQ4, that name in itself is the name of a 6.0 LS V8 from 99-04ish.

All MAF's on any 4.8/5.3/6.0 are the same for most 99-07 vehicles.

Look up a 2007-2008 NNBS Silverado with a 5.3. That maf sensor has almost the exact same connector as the 2004+ MAF sensors. Only the last 3 on the part numbers are different. Also no truck came with a 4in maf, I think it more like 3.5in or 87mm ish. They only make an aftermarket 102mm maf sensor that some guys run when they need the 102mm throttle body.

And it looks like any truck injector that is flex fuel are far too short to work on a 3800.

Yeah I remember installing some 42.5# with adapters on a car in the past, I just recall seeing, somewhere, sets of #50 injectors that were the exact same length as the stock ones. Just can't remember where.

What I don't remember tho, I think that on 04+, the MAF gets maxed @ roughly 3.4" pulley, last I scanned my MAF Hz, I think the max I've hit was 10900Hz but I can't remember too well, again. Top is 11500 if I recall.
Just trying to piece out what I could buy with my discount at the part store for my 2016 mods. Do I really need the MAF? Otherwise, what would be injectors I could buy, even 42.5#, at a part store.

My aim there is not to order from the US, as the Canadian dollar is total crap right now, and I get discounts at major part stores.

    Thanks for the help guys.

I usually always deal with him, I think I had around 10 tunes from him so far and a bunch of parts. I think he might be the one who mentionned those injectors, I'll have to look.

Just that I think, with my discounts, I could get some parts way cheaper (At cost price even.)
