So I bought this pre-modded car in August:

2002 GTP Coupe
F-body front rotors, caliper cages
3.4 pulley
ZZP tune
Wizaird CAI
3" DP, U bend delete, flo-thru resonator and hi-flo Cat
104 AL plugs at .050" and MSD wires
I added a front p-log manifold

First question, what should this car be running in the 1/4? Local club had a track day but I couldn't make it due to work.

Next question, what's next? The car feels pretty quick and will break loose if I stab it. How much faster can it get without sacrificing reliability?

I replaced the t-stat with stock 190, but the car never gets above 180 based on dash gauge (if it's accurate). It's very well-behaved as a daily driver, had it in Manhattan traffic last week and it's easy to drive and runs smooth under all conditions.

I still get 1.5 or so KR at WOT, but also have been getting a loud rattle in reverse when the wheels are turned right. After some recent reading here I'm thinking the O2 sensor may be hitting the firewall but need to do some additional checking on that. KR stays at 0* unless I have the throttle absolutely buried to the floor, so not really worried about it in normal driving.
