The new Delco sensors aren't as reliable and good IMO as the OEM ones that came out on the car. That one from Amazon is the newer design. Sneak into a JY and get you one of the old "Fin" style sensors.....Trust me, they work way better.

Well I wouldn't blame plugs for KR. Misfire yes or some crap performance (within reason). Once again.. It's probably that damn ZZP tune of yours. 50-55 is what most run.

You could use .035 - .040 if you were blowing out the spark with a high horsepower build. So .055-ish is good enough for just about everything else.

Just wanted to rule out blow out gaping @.035". I will open them back up.

Gamler87 may be helping with a tune this weekend.

I got out of the LT1 Fbody platform with high hopes. I thought would be easier to modify. Just watch for KR and bolt some crap on. At least I'm not replacing optisparks and chasing down misfires every other day lol.

I run 91 octane non ethanol gas in my 04 in minnesota. I can get it all over the state, at Holiday gas stations or Kwik trips

I noticed zero difference running both. The alcohol content in the gas around me is always less than 10% anyway and never threw anything off. And no station around where I live, that I've seen anyway has non ethanol fuel. I'd rather run the 93 over 91 anyway even if it was 5-10% E.

Looks to me like it's just commanding way too much timing. Do you still have the stock pcm?
