4 bolts hold the rail down, then use a pry bar to just gently pop the whole rail off in each corner.

what you mean the valve cover? if the bar is over it unbolt it. theres 5 or 6 bolts holding it down around the outer lip. you may have to take the rear pull bracket off to get to the bolts. cant recall, mines gone for a long time now.

On the front of the injector where the metal clip goes around it, you push that in towards the injector body itself, push it in and down on the injector and then lift up on the whole thing.

Picture limits are in place because they want you to link picture from a photosharing website like photobucket.

theres thingamudoodle on the end. aka a clip over the cable end. if you like you can just unbolt the tb and flop it off to the side with the cables still hooked up. what i did when i swapped my engine. you can still clean it up too. inside the back side of the tb. you'll see, its black thick carbon build up.

I just did exactly what you said haha, and saw exactly what you mentioned.
I'm done for today, I'll be back tomorrow.

What should I clean the throttle body with?
    Break cleaner right?

that works fine. its best to take the maf out of the tb. you dont want anything to get on it but maf cleaner.

Can't get the dang LIM to pop off. Tips? I'm putting quite a bit of force on pulling it up.
I got the two hidden bolts... all of the rest...

if your sure you got the 2 bolts inside the lim the ones covered in oil, then it just takes a good pull, i just grabbed the t stat housing and gave it a jerk.
