where would be a good place to look for top swap parts once i have the money? Here? Junkyark? Craigslist?
My big concern is finding someone to tune a pcm for what I need.

If you have a u pull yard nearby, that's the cheapest. Well, depends on what prices they give. One yard around me charges 200 for a supercharger. Another charges 50 and first Saturday is half of. I could probably get whole swap for about 150 or less. Keep an eye on the forums. Sometimes the major components (heads, LIM, blower) come up for 200 or less. But you have to factor in shipping. I'm going to put together a list of everything I bought eventually. YMMV.

Why would you change the heads? top swapping a gt produces more power than a gtp right?

you need sc heads to do a top swap. and the lim the blower and the balancer, the pulleys for the sc belt and a set of headers.

and you need to do some other crap wire wise.
