    So i know i have a bad oil pan gasket and a cracked radiator which i will be replacing. Could these two combined cause my poor mpgs?

    No.

    Niether deal with anything how the motor should run. Only if the rad was super low would it start to get overheated and then worse things would happen.

    A leaking gasket does not just leak oil, it also leaks air into the crankcase, which means you also have a vacuum leak, which can cause bad fuel millage.
