    So I have looked around and not seen many do it, actually none. I am going to be polishing the aluminum on the l26 uim. So stay tuned for lots of pics

    personally, i think polishing anything under the hood looks out of place. but you do as you wish

    thats just my oppinion. I'm more of a "looks stock" person.

    I'd rather mod my car like crazy, but leave it stock looking. like black sparkplug wires, crusty looking blower, "air box" more "sleeper" if you ask me

    what are you using on it right now? just sandpaper to start? or a dremel with some flapper wheels?

    Drill with scotch pads for getting the nasty **** off. Than 320 sand paper. Than 600, than 1500 wet and 2000 and than aluminum pilish

    a dremel with some flapper wheels would would work good in the "curves"

    chances are that UIM ius full of EGR gunk. so be sure to clean as much of that out as possible too. if you plan on blocking the egr off as well if your states allows it that is.
