He suggested i maybe check my fuel pressure to see if that is where it needs to be. I also thought I have bad O2 sensors since I am using the originals in my new exhaust system. I just hate to waste more money on parts that are not the problem.

I was thinking the exact same thing. I even said that it looks like the commanded AF from the PCM and not the actual. Because there is no way in hell it would be that flat and on the "lean" side. Even he was suprised he didnt see the AF curve rise after the injectors maxed going up to higher rpm.

    1) you're kind of wasting your time there. just stay away from them. unless it has an LS in it, they're kinda useless for tuning.

    2) you don't need a tune. you don't have anything done to the car. just drive it.

Well my car is getting 12mpg ish and is a complete bog in the 1000-2000 rpm range so I know I have a fuel trim or sensor issue. Not to mention the 160whp is low for HV3, and Headers.

Most dynos of stock L36/L26 cars I've seen are in the 135-140whp zone. SAE corrected on a dynojet.

I thought hp loss though the drivetrain was usually 20% which a stock 200hp car would be 160whp.

Stock L26/36 would never ever make 160whp SAE on a dynojet.

    It kinda does, GM rated the L36 @ 200 and L67 @ 260

Ya that crank horse power, so who l67 should only make 40 whp more(roughly). Not 60 whp

The L67 has lower compression and it only makes like 6psi of boost. How much more do you think it should make out of a roots blower on 6psi?

I thought L36's dynoed at like 140ish so if l67 did 200ish then it would kinda make sense, I think im confusing myself or completely wrong lol
Edit saw snowflakes post, makes sense then. Cuz the m90 is kinda poo.
