My 2000 GP GT just turned over 200k miles. I am planning a complete tune-up. What else do you guys recommend outside the plugs, wires, fuel, air and oil filter?

    Thanks

Trans Fluid and filter replace, maybe thrown it a transgo shift kit while you got the pan off.
    2019 F150 XL - Make it run 12's N/A

    - Gonna be a race truck
    02 GT "Slowkar" 180k - Top Swap, Gen V, TOG Headers, 1.9s, e85, 3.25. It's literally the slowest e85 car ever....

depending on the trannys fluid condition, a pan drop and filter change.

belts, rad hose's, check all the pulleys. coolant flush, change to green if your still running that dex crap.

and as always change the lim gaskets if its not been done, use the upgraded metal gaskets. seal the 2 coolant ports in the lim so the upper can never fail on you. if you do the lim, you need new coolant elbows, they sell metal ones now, get those. and a hand full of vac lines to fix the ones that will break during the lim job.

98 Buick Regal GS, F body brakes, Caddy STS wheels, tinted tails L36 bottom end, lightly ported heads, 1.95 roller rockers, headers, gen 5 N* 3.0 pulley, FSIC, 42 lb injectors, a BrandonHall rebuilt trans, DHP tuned and AEM water/Meth injection https://goo.gl/gpV5kW

That ^^ If needed of course. If transmission fluid is good leave it alone. Sometimes messing with them at that high of a mileage can mess them up sooner.

As mentioned... All fluids, filters, wearable items, wires, etc., but in case these weren't mentioned...

Give the entire fuel line a clean out with seafoam before replacing filter, lol. You can rebuild injectors too if adventurous, there's a write up here. T-Stat wasn't mentioned as well as replacing Dex-Crap with anything else. When checking gnoton stuff, wires lugs, give the coils a once over. Bleed brakes, check lines, new alignment and rubber if needed. Tranny, well, yeah, if never touched, then don't. If maintained, then pan drop, new filter at min., then suspension too, check all bushings, ball joints, sway, control arms, etc. at 200k, the ride is definitely going to need some tlc. When all that's done, take it and get it detailed or do it yourself. Q-tip treatment : ) dont forget headlights, tails and any lamps needing replacement. Then weatherstripping too is worth a check over... As well as exhaust system. Generally, a good once over the entire car and you'll get many a more miles...
Overkill BBC Cam, YT 1.8 RR's, Rhodes Lifters, STGII Heads, GenV, Pacesetters, 3" Exh to Tips, TEP Trans. N*, ID 75# injectors/E85 coming soon
